The APFP is the world’s largest cohort-based learning programme for alternative proteins, providing education, networks and career opportunities to help you grow and contribute to the alternative proteins sector.
The program aims to:
- Give the participants an overview of the wide-ranging field of alternative proteins, the technologies involved and the sociopolitical hurdles to their widespread adoption. Expert facilitators are on hand to clarify concepts and prompt critical, lively discussion between participants.
- Provide participants with collaboration and networking opportunities in alternative proteins, with other participants and facilitators from across the world.
- Connect you with organizations already doing work in the alternative protein space in order to pursue career opportunities.
Programme Structure
- 8 weeks of reading and discussion sessions
- 2-3 hours reading each week
- 1.5 hour group discussion per week with a facilitator experienced in the alternative protein space
- Speaker events with experienced alternative protein researchers and professionals
- Capstone Project at the end of the programme
- A Career Showcase with leading alternative protein companies
